House Rules

24/7 Fob Access Facility

  • Use the facility at your own risk at all times
  • No tailgating – each member must use their own fob
  • Do not allow non-members into the gym
  • CCTV is in operation
  • Wipe down equipment after use
  • Return all weights and equipment to their place
  • No bags on gym floor – use lockers provided
  • No muddy boots or dirty footwear

Gym Etiquette

  • Use a towel at all times
  • Leave the premises quietly — respect neighbouring properties
  • No smoking or vaping inside or around the facility

Reformer Pilates Area

  • Induction required before use
  • Use equipment safely and as intended
  • Stop immediately if unsure or injured

Failure to follow these rules may result in membership termination and/or fines.
